Welcome!
This Terms Of Service not only serves Cybatrons Free Network's main site, but may in part or in whole include Hangin Out Forums, Netutopia Forums, RPGworlds.org, and all supportive services, such as chats, message boards, etc. There may also be addition Terms Of Service at the individual websites that you may have to agree to in order to make use of their services.

The services provided here are subject to the following T.O.S (Terms of Service), which may be updated by us without notice. It is suggested that you check them periodically for updates and changes.

The term Cybatrons Free Network shall apply to not only Cybatrons Free Network, but any and all sites making use of Cybatrons Free Network services, regardless of what those services may be, throughout this Terms Of Service.

Description Of Services
Cybatrons Free Network currently provides users with access to free websites offering forums, message boards, member profiles, chats, email, and more. In order to use the services, you must be connected to the web, either directly or through devices allowing access to web based content. Plus, you must provide all equipment necessary for your connection to the web, including a computer and modem, or other device.

Registering
You must agree to provide true, accurate, current and complete information about yourself on the registration form for any Cybatrons Free Network website, keep it up to date and accurate, and be at least 13 years of age. Those found committing fraud may have their accounts suspended, or possibly terminated, as well as refused future service at Cybatrons Free Network and/or websites on the network.

Cybatrons Free Network will not give out your personal information, or email, without proper judicial process.

Member Conduct
Cybatrons Free Network does not guarantee the accuracy, integrity or quality of content on any of the free websites on the network. You understand you may be exposed to things you might find offensive, indecent or objectionable. Cybatrons Free Network is not responsible, nor liable, for content on individual websites. The author/poster of the content accepts all responsibility, and liability, for their submission/posts to the Cybatrons Free Network.

Things you will not do on Cybatrons Free Network:

You will not upload, post or otherwise transmit, things that are unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, tortuous, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libelous, invasive of another's privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable.

You will not attempt to make unauthorized changes to the services provided by Cybatrons Free Network, or any member website on its network.
You will not upload, post or otherwise transmit, things you do not have a right to transmit under any current laws, or contractual agreements.
You will not upload, post or otherwise transmit things that infringe any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright or other proprietary rights of any party.
You will not upload, post or otherwise transmit unsolicited or unauthorized solicitations, advertisements, scams, schemes, etc. Spam and Junk Mail are strictly prohibited within, and by, Cybatrons Free Network.
You will not upload, post or otherwise transmit anything containing software viruses or any other computer code, files or programs designed to interrupt, destroy or limit the functionality of any computer software, hardware, or telecommunications equipment.
You will not disrupt the normal flow of dialogue, cause a screen to "scroll", or engage in harassment activities against any person, or forum, within Cybatrons Free Network.
You will not interfere with or disrupt the service, servers, or networks connected to the service, or disobey any requirements, procedures, policies or regulations of Cybatrons Free Network, or its member websites.
You will not intentionally or unintentionally violate any applicable local, state, national or international law.
You will not "stalk" or otherwise harass another. If possible, violations will be investigated, and when necessary and possible, prosecuted to the fullest extend of applicable laws.
You will not collect or store personal data about other users without their express consent.
You will not promote or provide instruction about illegal activities, promote physical harm or injury against any group or individual, or promote any act of cruelty to children or animals.
You will not attempt to migrate forum, flame, or website wars, etc. into Cybatrons Free Network member websites. Leave the problems and issues of other websites where you found them.
You will not register for multiple accounts with any Cybatrons Free Network member website without first seeking permission from that website's owner and their staff, giving them all relevant information on all accounts.
You will not attempt to cause distress or animosity between websites, cause or promote forums wars, or other socially destructive behavior on Cybatrons Free Network.

Submitted Content
Cybatrons Free Network makes no claims of ownership to any content on any member website. However, in placing content with the Cybatrons Free Network's main site, or on one of its member sites, you grant Cybatrons Free Network a world-wide, royalty-free, and non-exclusive license to reproduce, modify, adapt and publish the content for the promotion of your site, and its presence within Cybatrons Free Network. If your account is ever terminated, the content will be removed, and all promotions will cease.

You understand Cybatrons Free Network does not pre-screen content, but Cybatrons Free Network does have the right to remove any website from its free network containing content violating this Terms Of Service. You bear all risks associated with your content, including its accuracy, completeness, or usefulness.

Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold Cybatrons Free Network, and its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents, co-branders or other partners, and volunteers, harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your website's content, your use of the service, your connection to the service, your violation of the T.O.S, or your violation of another's rights.

No Resale Of Services
These services are offered freely for your use. You agree not to sell, abuse, or exploit any portion of these free services.

Modification Of Services
You understand Cybatrons Free Network may at any time modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the services provided here without notice. You agree Cybatrons Free Network shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of these free services.

Termination
You agree Cybatrons Free Network may, at its discretion, terminate your website's membership in its free network, and all services associated with that membership without prior notice, if it is believed you have violated these Terms Of service. You agree Cybatrons Free Network may at any time discontinue current and/or future services without notice, and without any liability to you or any third party.

Advertisements
Cybatrons Free Network will not place unauthorized adds anywhere on member websites. Also, No! popups, popunders, wiggly, jiggly, flashy banners, or adds for porn sites, sites promoting illegal or terrorist activity, sites promoting cruelty to animals, harm to others, or hate sites, will not be permitted on any member website.

Links
Cybatrons Free Network provides links to other free websites, but accepts no responsibility, or liability, of any kind for their content. If you choose to use the links, you visit the associated websites completely at your own risk.

Proprietary Rights
You acknowledge and agree the services and software used in connection with these services may contain proprietary and confidential information protected by applicable intellectual property and other laws, and may be protected by copyrights, trademarks, service marks, patents or other proprietary rights and laws.

If any provision of the Terms Of Service is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, the parties nevertheless agree the court should endeavor to give effect to the parties' intentions as reflected in the provision, and the other provisions of the Terms Of Service shall remain in full force and effect.

You agree that regardless of any statute or law to the contrary, any claim or cause of action arising out of or related to use of Cybatrons Free Network services, or the Terms Of Service, must be filed within one year after such claim or cause of action arose or be forever barred. The section titles in the Terms Of Service are for convenience only and have no legal or contractual effect.
