This privacy policy serves not only the Cybatrons Free Network main site, but may in part or in whole serve all CFN member sites of the network. These include, but are not limited to HanginOutForums.com/org, RPGameMasters.com/org, NetutopiaForums.com, RPGworlds.org, and Shadow-Born.com.

Services provided by the CFN and it's member sites are subject to the following privacy policy, which may be updated without notice. It's suggested you periodically check this and similar documents on the network's member sites for updates and changes.

The term CFN shall apply to not only the CFN main site, but any and all member sites making use of it's services, regardless of what those services may be, throughout this document.

We take your right to privacy seriously and want you to feel comfortable using the CFN , and it's member sites. This Privacy Policy deals with personally identifiable information (referred to as Data) that may be collected by the CFN and it's member sites. Collection of Data Most CFN members sites' registration process requires a valid e-mail address and a unique user ID and password. Providing other information is your option. Please take note that your user name, Email address, or other submissions you make on these sites may contain your real name or other personally identifiable information and, as a result, may appear on these sites. Like many sites, we may also automatically receive general information contained in our server log files such as your IP address and cookie information.

Use of Data We may use Data to customize and improve your user experience on this site. However, the companies serving the advertising do not have access to our cookies. These companies usually use non-personally identifiable or anonymous codes to obtain information about your visits to websites.

Children and Age Requirements Most CFN member sites do not allow persons who are ages thirteen or younger to become members, anyone under the age of 18.

Editing or Deleting Your Account Information CFN member sites provide you with the ability to edit the information in your user account, information you provided in registration, by using the tools available to you in on their systems. You may request deletion of your user account by contacting a site adminstator of that CFN member site. Content or other data you may have provided, and that is not contained within your user account, such as posts that may appear within forums, may continue to remain at the discretion of those sites' owners, even though your user account is deleted.

Changes to this Privacy Policy We may make changes to this policy from time to time. We will notify you of substantial changes to this Policy either by posting a prominent announcement on our site.
